Each assessment below is fixed in scope, run by the engineers who would do the work, and ends with a written document you keep whether or not we go further.

The people in the session are the people who would do the work. Nobody is being introduced to your system for the first time by reading a handover document.
The document is yours either way
The written output is addressed to your engineers and is specific enough to act on without us. Plenty of clients take the findings and run them in-house, which is a perfectly good outcome.
