Ecommerce & Growth Marketing

We do not consult on ecommerce from the outside, we run it. We build and operate our own Shopify store end to end, from catalog and checkout to ads, email and fulfilment, so the advice you get is what actually moves orders rather than what sounds good in a deck. We bring that same operating experience to your store: a fast, trustworthy storefront, sound wholesale and dropshipping operations behind it, and marketing that is measured in sales, not impressions.

Shopify builds and optimization

New Shopify and Shopify Plus builds, or a hard look at the store you already have: theme and page speed, product and collection structure, search and filtering, and a checkout that removes the friction between wanting the product and paying for it. We wire up the apps that earn their monthly fee and remove the ones that only slow the page down, and we treat Core Web Vitals as a revenue metric because on mobile it is one.

Wholesale and B2B selling

A second, price-gated storefront for your trade buyers: wholesale catalogs and tiered pricing, minimum order rules, net terms and tax handling, and a login that shows each account its own prices. Built so your retail and wholesale channels share one inventory and one back office instead of turning into two businesses you have to reconcile by hand.

Dropshipping setup and operations

Supplier selection and vetting, product research, and the sync that keeps inventory and pricing honest across your suppliers so you are not selling what nobody can ship. We set up order routing, tracking and returns, and the margin math behind each product, because a dropshipping catalog that ignores shipping time and refund rate is a support queue waiting to happen. We tell you which products are worth listing and which are not.

Conversion rate optimization, leads to sales

Traffic you already pay for is the cheapest traffic to convert better. We instrument the funnel, find where visitors drop between landing, add to cart, and paid order, and fix the specific steps: product pages that answer the buying question, cart and checkout that do not leak, trust signals where hesitation happens, and email and SMS flows that recover the carts that still get abandoned. Changes are tested against sales, not opinions.

Paid advertising on Meta and Google

Campaign structure, audiences, creative testing and budget discipline on Meta Ads and Google Ads, with conversion tracking and server-side events set up correctly so the platforms optimise against real purchases rather than guesses. We manage to return on ad spend and cost per acquisition, we kill what is not working quickly, and we never move a budget number without agreeing it with you first.

Organic social and retention

The channels that keep working after the ad spend stops: a content cadence that suits your catalog, product and lifestyle imagery that sells, and the email and SMS list you own rather than rent. Welcome, browse-abandon, post-purchase and win-back flows set up once and improved over time, so repeat orders lift your margin instead of your ad bill.

Common questions

Do you actually run a store, or just advise on them?

We run one. We build and operate our own Shopify store, handle its ads, email, suppliers and fulfilment, and live with the results. That is the reason the advice is practical: we have made the mistakes on our own money first, so you do not have to make them on yours.

Can you do both the store build and the marketing?

Yes, and that is the point of using one team. The people optimising your ads are the people who built the product pages those ads land on, so the storefront and the marketing are tuned together rather than blaming each other when a campaign underperforms.

Will you change our ad budgets without asking?

No. We recommend, test and report, and we never change a budget number without agreeing it with you first. You always see what is being spent and what it is returning.

Is dropshipping still worth doing?

For the right products, yes, and for many products, no. It is a low-inventory way to test demand and widen a catalog, but it lives or dies on supplier reliability, shipping time and refund rate. We do the margin and operations math per product and tell you honestly which ones are worth listing.

How do you measure whether the marketing is working?

In orders and margin, not impressions or likes. We set up conversion tracking properly, report on return on ad spend, cost per acquisition and repeat purchase rate, and hold every channel to whether it produces profitable sales. If a channel cannot show that, we stop spending on it.
