Using this site

This site is published by ED Consulting Group to describe our consulting services. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and contact us through it. You may not use it to distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

The assistant is not advice

The assistant on this site, Nataliz, answers questions about our services and helps you tell us what you need. It is an AI language model, it can be wrong, and nothing it says is professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. It cannot quote prices, agree terms, or bind ED Consulting Group to anything.

Do not act on its output without confirming it with a person. Nothing said in a chat creates a contract.

So it can be genuinely helpful, the assistant may recognise you on a return visit and recall your earlier conversation on that device. How that works and how to switch it off is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Quotes and engagements

Any figure discussed before signature is an estimate, not an offer. Work begins only under a written statement of work signed by both sides, and that document governs scope, price, timing and liability. Where it conflicts with this page, it wins.

Our content

The text, design, code and marks on this site belong to ED Consulting Group or are used with permission. Third party names and logos are the property of their owners and appear only to identify the technologies we work with. Their appearance is not a claim of endorsement or partnership unless we say so explicitly.

Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we publish it as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to use it, or ask us to provide services, in violation of applicable export controls or economic sanctions. You confirm you are not located in a sanctioned territory and are not on a restricted-party list.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the effective date shown on the page, is the one that applies to your use of the site. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
